Is your company officially licensed, and are your collaborations authorized?
Yes. We operate with all necessary federal and state licenses and permits required for sale and shipping. We confirm that all of our collaborations are fully and officially licensed and authorized by the respective license holders. We guarantee the highest standard of authenticity and quality. Every FloTaku bottle comes with an official authenticity sticker.
How do I contact your customer support team?
The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@flotaku.com. We should respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during standard business days. For urgent matters regarding an existing order, please include your order number in the subject line.
How do you handle returns?
Due to health and safety reasons, bottles that have been filled with liquid or used are not eligible for return. If we find that the bottle hasn't been used we will process the refund.
How limited is this initial release?
This is a super limited, first-edition release. We don't expect the stock of bottles to last that long. We strongly encourage signing up for our mailing list to ensure you receive the earliest notification of the launch.
How will I know if an item is going to be restocked?
Due to the limited nature of our products, most initial releases, including the current one, will not be restocked. The best way to learn about future releases and all news involving stock of products is to sign up for our official mailing list and follow FioTaku on Facebook and Instagram.
When will the product be available for purchase?
Our initial order of bottles will become available in early 2026. The official launch date and precise time will be announced exclusively to our followers on Instagram and Facebook as well as our email subscribers ahead of time. We hope all dedicated customers and fans have the first opportunity to purchase.
What materials are the bottles made of?
Our bottles are crafted from high-grade, double-walled 18/8 stainless steel. They are BPA-free, non-toxic, and designed to keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours or hot for up to 18 hours.
How should I clean my FloTaku bottle?
To preserve the high-quality licensed artwork, we recommend hand-washing only with warm soapy water. Avoid using hard scrubbers or putting the bottle in the dishwasher.
What payment methods do you accept, and should I use a specific one?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and American Express.
