Are your products officially licensed?

to ensure every product we sell is 100% authentic and officially licensed by
the original rights holders. We never sell knock-offs or bootlegs.
How do I place an order?

checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future
purchases.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All products listed on our website are currently in stock and available for
purchase unless marked as "Sold Out."
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30
days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
Where does Flotaku ship?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within
the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer
international shipping at this time.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We apologize for any issues! Please contact us immediately at support@flotaku.com
within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the
damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
